You're allowed download 10,000 tracks up to 5 devices only. However, there're download limits for both Premium and Free users.
If you wish to set up auto-download for your favorite podcast, open the podcast's profile > Settings (the Gear icon) > Auto-download episodes, then toggle " Auto-download episodes" to enable this feature. To find your downloaded podcast episode on Spotify, go to Your Library > Your Episodes, and then use the Downloaded filter at the top. To download the desired podcast episode, tap on the Download button on the episode. Go to the podcast you want to download to your iPhone. On your iPhone, open the Spotify mobile app to log in with your Premium or free account. Now you even have the ability to set up the auto download feature for your following podcast on Spotify, so you won't miss any new releases in the future. Go to the playlist you want to download on Spotify.
Make sure you log in to Spotify with your Premium account so as to access the downloading feature. If you haven't download Spotify to your iPhone, open the App Store and download it.
